The 45 m² accommodation consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen and a bathroom and thus offers space for 2 people. The facilities also include Wi-Fi and a TV. This vacation home has a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.

A warm welcome. Our vacation apartments are located in Immenstaad / Kippenhausen. This district, only 1 km from Lake Constance, is an insider tip among Lake Constance connoisseurs. It is surrounded by orchards and vineyards. Our house, with its beautiful garden and sunbathing lawn, is located on the outskirts of Kippenhausen. We rent out two modern apartments* for 2 people each. The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities such as hiking and cycling tours as well as excursions by bus and boat. There is a good restaurant and a wine tavern in the village.

Beautiful studio with 60 square meters for 2 people and sunny balcony, as well as cozy apartment with 45 square meters and large balcony with stunning views of the countryside. Our house, in an idyllic location with a large garden, is 1 km from the lake. Cable TV. Non smoking studio.
