It enjoys a magnificent view over the Gulf of Imperia and has a swimming pool, a private beach 1 km away, and a private parking area.

A studio apartment, ideal for three people and furnished in a simple yet functional style, consists of a living room with a double foldaway sofa bed and an additional extra bed.
