Everything was super classy.
I even played outdoor soccer with my grandson on a synthetic turf on the second floor.
Taking the airport shuttle was a bit tricky because, the people in the airport at the information booth told us where to exit from the building to get to the Hotel shuttle but failed to give us the detail of crossing the first set of lanes (and bus stops). We look at the many bus stations and none of them had the code for our hotel. We asked an airport stuff member and the problem was solved. When you're tired and with luggage, little things like this can add stress but this is not a hotel problem. From the hotel there were shuttle busses going to each terminal every 30 minutes. Very convenient.
Note that I accidentally pressed the breakfast stars and I could not deselect them. I did not have breakfast in the hotel. Please disregard those. From the hotel advertisement video there is a Chef researcher that makes the menu for the hotel, so I assume that they are not failing that category either. That being said I did not experience the breakfast at the hotel. I took the shuttle and enjoyed it at the airport's lounge.
