Beautiful lake view and beach area. Unit wasnt quite what we expected. Dated bathrooms, very dark in all rooms regardless of time of day, bedroom furniture too chunky and difficult to move around. Too many throw pillows taking up too much room. Contact with property management challenging. Made a few pre arrival contacts that were never responded to. Poor communication regarding several cable outages during our stay. Wasn't expecting both bedrooms to be downstairs and no bathroom on the upper floor. Downstairs felt like a dungeon. Over priced for the quality and size of the unit. Not everything i dreamed of based on pictures.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. This was our first trip to Tahoe and we couldn’t have asked for more. Close to everything including hiking and restaurants, and the little beach area was the cherry on top.

Incline Staycation

We live in Truckee and didn't want to travel too far for a getaway and this place was the perfect spot. We like bike riding down Lakeshore to Sand Harbor. It was a very cozy place and will book again to bring other family to enjoy.

Stunning views and perfect family property

Magical memories made, close to all the amenities, ski slopes and of course stunning views of the lake. Chefs kitchen. Perfect place for celebrating our little man turning 3 over winter break. Thank you, we’ll be sure to come again!

Just what we hoped for

We were looking for a cozy spot, close to Incline Village and Truckee. This was it! Lovely condo, lovely view, lovely little private beach and dock.

Beautiful views, great location

Nice, clean, well-appointed small condo. The kitchen had everything a person could want. Check in was easy. Quiet location not far from restaurants, shopping, etc. A few quirks that could be easily (some of them) fixed. They should have some fireplace tools available. There aren't any. There are no instructions for the television, remote control for the gate, etc. The firepit was a bit strange. It shut itself off after about 30 minutes, even with fuel in the tank. The shower in the main bath was extremely hard to get in and out of unless you were over 6 feet tall. A handrail or bar would make it easier. No bathroom on the main floor. You had to go down to the lower level to use the restroom. So, if you have any mobility issues, that makes it difficult.

Fantastic Lake Location & Digs

Loved the view & high end accoutrements. The three dog kennel next door, who were often off leash and aggressive, made my wife hesitant on leaving the unit to enjoy the grounds. The barking was loud and easily triggered by these bored dogs.

Property Review

The property was very nice and well located. The only issues were there was no property or area description in the unit which is typical of previous stays. Also the smoke detectors went off on Saturday aafternoon for no reason so I called the property manager, who referred me to the on call maintenance man. He said he was out of town so take out the batteries. Which solved the issue but I thought if something serious happens and the on call is out of town then it could cause someone a problem. Overall we enjoyed it and woulld definitely return.

Great Stay

Very much enjoyed our stay! Great facilities! The condo was well furnished and we cooked several meals at home and had all of the needed pots, pans, utensils. Deck was gorgeous with a great fire pit. Property manager was very responsive when the door code battery was low. Had the battery changed by the end of the day. The main bedroom’s mattress was very firm. The second bedroom’s mattresses were more plush.

Terrific Experience!

The accommodations were exactly as described and exceeded expectations. Great views, clean, upscale home, new appliances and management co. was super responsive when I had a request to fix something minor. I will definitely rent this property again and suggest you give it a try.

The place was fantastic! Very clean and super well appointed.. The beds were very firm and clean.. we hung out on the deck a few evenings and turned on the fire pit.. very nice. The first day we walked down to the property’s common beach. Where we all passed out đŸ˜” in the sweet patio chairs. All in all a super nice place..

Loving the Lake!

This property was in a perfect location, a little dated but clean. The view and proximity to the lake is perfect and it was very quiet and peaceful. Did not receive the lock/gate info from the management company until I emailed them the day we were coming. No additional info in the condo explaining things. The parking spot is difficult to maneuver in and out of and not easy to see on arrival. The bed sheets smelled like they had been used and there was pet hair on the upper bunk. We chose this unit because it was supposed to be pet free and my niece is allergic so it made for a difficult first night until we washed them all. The fire pit was nice but ran out of propane the 2nd night. The wind chimes were peaceful at first but then started banging/ringing too loud so we took them down and laid them on the back patio. No kleenex and only bars of soap to use...no dispensers. Nice big TV but no cable. Despite these little issues, we still loved it and would return again.
