This hotel is a wonderful, unique, historic building. The rooms are a little small, but there is a large sun room that is available to all guests. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I came to visit for a quiet getaway and it was absolutely perfect.
Man, this place is my absolute favorite. Weâve been here so many times and every time I fall more in love with the area. I love that they donât have tvâs, you get to actually disconnect a bit. The bathrooms are newly remodeled and very nice. Canât wait to come back.
The only constructive feedback I have is thatâŠthey should consider going through the games and cards in the common area room and throw away the ones that have missing pieces and the decks that are missing cards. I brought a book so it wasnât a big deal and I forgot my card deck at home. Wasnât end of the world. And second, I wish they would replace the cushions on the furniture out front. Not even the furniture, just the cushions. I could sit there for hours and they are in very sad condition.
The Inn has been beautifully restored and the styling of the spotlessly clean room is in keeping with the age of the building. Having a private bathroom was really helpful. A cafe is next door, convenient for coffee or something to eat - but once the cafe is closed there are no facilities for making a hot drink either in the room, lobby or common room. We had to wait some time after the official time to check in.
We had a wonderful stay at the Bush House Inn. The owners are welcoming, the food is fantastic, and the setting is surreal. We loved our expansive top floor suite with mountain views, a game room, and private bath. Everything was clean and comfortable. Weâll definitely return here next time weâre in the area.
