Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
BEFORE LEAVING: -place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start the dishwasher using a tab from under sink.
-please take used linens, sheets, and any other visibly soiled linens to laundry room for housekeeper. Feel free to start a load of towels. Cleaning person will clean additional bedding as required
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pets allowed by special permission from owners less than 50 lbs. subject to pet fee. House in non-smoking, no parties, no parking on road.
Renter may use firepit if compliant with local burn restrictions which are posted on corner of M-68 and Wilson Road. Wood is not provided.
No food or drinks on carpet. Please take trash can to curb wednesday pm., local noise ordinance 10 pm.

Our 5 day stay at Clinks Cabin was absolutely fantastic! The cabin was clean spacious equipped with everything such as full stove with oven microwave full fridge dishwasher washer dryer 4 air conditioners large furnished deck with grill fire pit with chairs and so much more. This place exceeded our expectations. The hosts even though out of town responded quickly and handled all our needs . Definitely one of the best places to stay. We will be heading back here to stay again next year.

Clink's Cabin was exactly what our families needed for our annual trip to Indian River. We had enough space to spread out and enjoyed the beautiful deck and fire pit tremendously. The AC units were a blessing and they had 4 in the home. They had just about anything we needed or wanted. We would definitely return. In addition to a great property the hosts were extremely responsive and willing to help any time.

Well prepped and presented. Everything was as expected which made the stay pleasant. Grill, fire pit, outdoor seating, etc. added to the experience. Would highly recommend. TV was difficult to navigate and we couldn't seem to find a way to put in our own account information. Air conditioners work well but are loud.

Great house for our golf trip to Michigan. The location is great. Convenient to restaurants and golf courses we wanted to play. Amy was very responsive with any questions I had. The check in was a breeze. If I should return to the area I would definitely consider renting this place again.

Perfect for ORV/snowmobile trail access

Very clean property. Checked with owner before renting to be sure it was close enough to the ORV trail to be able to ride to it from the property and they accurately assured me I’d have no issues with access. Property exactly as described. Great layout. Was able to park my 25 foot trailer in the driveway and leave it hooked to my truck. No issues and would gladly stay again the next time I’m in Indian River.

Beautiful house and nicely furnished with everything you need for your stay in Northern Michigan. Not far from either Lake Michigan or Lake Huron, and Mackinac Island. If you are looking for a place to stay in Northern Michigan I would highly recommend Clink's Cabin.

Perfect place to stay.

We needed a place to stay while spending most our time on the boat. The driveway is extra wide which worked great for the boat and also a quick little drive to the boat launch!
