Listing is not true to property. The hot tub was not useable as it was not properly cleaned and water was low. Some of the home was not clean even as far as empty beer cans on the game room floor upon arrival! This home is not in the safest part of town. I do not recommend for families.

I would not recommend …

Place advertised for 12 people but it only had 4 forks, 4 towels, and the pans in the kitchen were inoperable (ex: frying pan with no handle). Towels were stained with what looked like oil, there was old toothpaste on the bathroom rug, master has a lot of cobwebs I throughout. The hot tub … which seemed to be a main feature was surrounded by ants and very untreated and not usable. Multiple blinds were broken, carpet and paint on wall were in terrible shape. The photos had to be photoshopped. On top of everything in the house the neighborhood seemed very unsafe. Our first night there was a lot of screaming and music until there midnight (this being a Thursday).Would not recommend this place without some big upgrades and accommodations for the amount of people it says it can hold.

Very satisfied with the property and communication.I did have to prompt for check-in instructions a few hours before check in. Check in and out times were extremely strict. It is hard to get up and out of a house by 10am, and clean it and make it presentable. But we were able to do so. A little more flexibility on check-in and out without additional charges would have been welcome.The house was very clean, beautiful inside. Plenty of games, activities, and kitchen equipment. Bedrooms were set up very nicely and supported our group well. It was ironic that during the stay the host sent a message that if we left the hot tub lid open, we would be charged 250 or more for damages. Yet, when we looked at the hot tub, the water level was low, and one of my family members (who owns a hot tub herself) noted that with the water level where it was, it was already likely to be damaged from running the jets every so often. We ended up opting not to use the hot tub. Not a big deal, just a note.We paid for our stay up front, and there is now an additional 500 hold on my card. I am guessing it will drop off in a day or two, but just to note, there was not a notification that there would be an additional 500 hold.Over all I think other than the neighborhood being extremely loud one night from 12-4am, we really enjoyed our stay, and I would indeed recommend this property to others. Nothing is ever perfect, and I would say this was very close to perfect. Thank you for hosting us.

It was gross, trash in all teach cans, chicken bones on the front porch with trash, dishes not done, poop in the toliet, mold in the coffee maker, no beds made and no sheets were clean. Check in was at 3 and we came at 3. The host then contacts me to tell me the cleaning lady will be over to clean while we’re there, she comes and then leaves and after we leave she dropped off blankets and told us the sheets were in the dryer. So at midnight we’re making beds! Now the host won’t answer me about a refund! Also not the nicest neighborhood
