We were a little nervous about booking because the reviews are so mixed but it was great! Clean and affordable. Parking was good. Staff was very pleasant! We will stay there again.

Difficulty checking in, never really understood why. Went to dinner and when we came back our room key was ready. Carpeting was black with filth. Did t have to walk outside to experience “grounding” as there was so much dirt in the carpeting. A/C was good. Had to use pull out couch, but waited 30min for sheets and pillows so we could make the bed before crashing after long travel day. Hint…there’s a pull out in the room. Keep bedding stocked maybe? Won’t be back to this place. Was trying it out to have a place when I visit my son. Nope. I’ll try another hotel.

The beds are terribly hard. Our bathroom was the worst. The shower rod was hanging by a thread the tub faucet was broken and they didn’t have clean towels.

Exceptionally quiet

Very comfortable, clean & friendly front desk staffer. But what makes this property special is that it's so quiet. The full size fridge was another nice aurprise!

Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Property is just far enough from Indy to be quiet but close enough to be a quick drive. Down sides were all maintenence - bathroom sink was hooked up backwards so cold was hot and hot was cold. Dishwasher wasn't even anchored under the cabinet and had to be pulled 2 inches out into the kitchen to open the door all the way. Despite the down sides, we'd stay there again with no hesitations!

The staff were very nice, especially Kayley! My family and I will be back! The room was nice, however the here was a drawer and paper towel roll broken. I would also add a deodorizer for each room! Otherwise, it was wonderful.
