The elevator has been out now for over 3 1/2 weeks. I have been staying here on a weekly basis since the beginning of May I had individual knock on my door at 6:30 in the morning that was not a hotel guest. The customer service I can say has been great and accommodating

Very comfortable beds, nice hot breakfast with real orange juice. Staff very helpful. Condition was the only downside - elevator out of service the entire weekend, stairwells were filthy, many spots on the ceiling of our room had pieces of stipple finish material peeling off. As with most mid-range hotels here in the USA these days, it's in need of some TLC, but I would stay again.

With no motion in the room the motion lights came on during the night about every 45 minutes. Had to get up every time and shut them off.

This my first night here and I only had a one night reservation so I won't get much of an experience. I can say that the property is better maintained than the last place I stayed here in Indianapolis and the price is reasonable.

The rooms were okay. Bathrooms are small and when you turn the light on for the vanity, the bright lights in the bedroom area come on, which was annoying for someone trying to sleep.
