I'd give this a 5 star, or at least 4.5, but was a little surprised no one "refreshed" the room during the day while we were at our conference. Isn't that still the norm if you're spending more than one night at a hotel? It wasn't a big deal, but we did have to go trotting down to the front desk to get more hot water cups to make tea, and some new towels would have also been nice. But besides that, the hotel was lovely and the staff were very pleasant. Thanks.

The only thing I noticed that seemed out of the ordinary was no toiletries offered other than hand soap and the shampoo/conditioner in the shower itself. Not a determent my any means, but a little sewing kit, shower cap, lotion bundle would've been useful. Wonderful staff, easy location and super easy parking. Will definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.
