Thankfully the manager allowed me to change rooms. The sheets weren't the cleanest. It was actually the stained mattress cover showing through the sheets. Nasty! The manager wasn't happy and he kindly checked out the sheets in the new room to be sure they were satisfactory. Sidenote-the workout facility is very nice but too HOT! Somehow you need to regulate that area to be cooler. Working out is sweaty work so walking into a hot space pre workout isn't the most encouraging! Thanks!

Besides the lack luster appearance and worn out look, I haven’t had a small TV that had no Internet or any streaming services whatsoever and a cable platform that seems like it was back from the 90’s? I could even deal with that, but when they loudly knocked on my door at 11 AM and we woke up from a long night of sports tournaments, then when I called down at the front desk and asked if I could get a little bit more time and the man asked me my room number and then came back and said absolutely not, You are four minutes past, sou need to get out. I responded, can I at least take a shower and pack up and he said again your four minutes past and you need to get out now. I will never ever stay in a Hampton again and if Hampton is a Hilton, which I am a member of, I will be canceling my membership immediately I was looking for a reason, anyways with our fine governor’s family that owns this establishment and is running our state into the ground as well. I will say I visited a Springhill Marriott a few times over this weekend and it was an absolute pleasure.

The staff was amazing and very welcoming. Breakfast was good, and our room was comfortable and clean. The only downside was the bathroom - the toilet often required more than one flush, and the shower head had some issues. That said, these were minor inconveniences and did not take away from an otherwise great stay. We were very satisfied overall. We usually stay at a different hotel, but this will likely be our new go-to when visiting.

We have stayed here before and it was lovely! I think we had a bad room this time. It was not very clean and could have used a little TLC. The breakfast was very tasty and hot. Overall, I can only give this stay an ok this time.

My wife and I loved this hotel. Our room was enormous and very clean. We got a King Suite, and there was definitely enough room for our family of 4.The staff was extremely kind to us and our two toddlers. They were always at the desk whenever we needed them. The hot breakfast was really good. The biscuits and gravy was a to die for option. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t get to experience too much. It’s honestly been a while since I’ve stayed a hotel that impressed me as much as this one did. I recommend 10/10.
