They locked the front entrance and a key card was required after 10pm. I enjoyed that aspect quite a bit. Beautiful view of the stadium right outside the front doors of the hotel.

The first time we opened the door to the room there was an overwhelming odd smell. The staff added a freshener and opened the window, but it was 14 degrees outside and we couldn’t sleep that night with the smell. The staff put ionizers in the room while we were away on the second day and it seemed to help, but we could not be in the room with the ionizers running and had to turn them off, so we did not get any sleep for a second night. The next morning there were check outs and the hotel moved us to another room which helped, but by then we felt flu like symptoms (tested positive for COVID) and decided to leave early the next morning. The hotel did not want to reimburse us for the unused day because the room was booked through a third party (Expedia) and said that we would have to contact them for compensation. We had to book a last minute flight home at our expense. Delta would not reimburse the original return flight because they were booked through a third party (Expedia) and referred us back to them for compensation. I could not find a way to contact Expedia to discuss these issues on a Saturday or Sunday, so it would appear that third party booking packages are not a good idea in the future. If Expedia could offer any assistance with these issues it would be great appreciated.
