I specifically booked a bathroom with a roll in accessible shower. I am in a wheelchair and although I can’t stand and walk short distances, I cannot get into a standard tub/shower combo. They did provide a contraption that looks like it is a removable seat. It was stowed in the bathroom underneath the sink encounter and it was very heavy so I would be unable to lift it and place it on the tub Even if I could figure out how it works. And even if I was to use it and it wasn’t put together properly and it collapse while I was sitting on it then I would be in bad shape. I don’t understand how I can make a reservation once in advance and request a specific room and then Get something completely different and on usable.

Our room was clean and spacious, and the beds were super comfortable along with the pillows. We appreciated the friendliness of the front desk staff as we were coming and going, everyone was very friendly. I would have loved darker blinds or drapes, but was advised when we are checking out they are in the middle of changing all the blinds out for blackout/room darkening ones. We booked at the last minute after the death of a family member, and this hotel made a long weekend much nicer. Would stay here again.

The room was spacious and pillows were comfortable. The blackout shade was much appreciated. Every staff member I encountered was kind and friendly. This was the best customer service I have received at a hotel. I would stay here again.

We were given a room that was already occupied. When we opened the door a naked guy was working on his computer. The room they moved us to was loud and noisy and on the top floor with only 1 working elevator. I asked if they were taking a cost off our room and the answer was no.

Nice room, didn't like surprise charge.

Really nice room. Breakfast was OK. Did not like being charged in advance for "incidental s". As far as I know I was not made aware of that charge in advance. I've never had a charge like that before and was taken by surprise. I don’t like surprises.
