Very kind and courteous staff. Rooms are well decorated, immaculate, and sleek. This building has been repurposed very well. It’s a very welcome addition to Indy’s downtown hotel scene - which was missing a boutique place like this.

The rooms are exceptionally beautiful and clean. The check in process was one of the fastest check in’s ever and such an easy process. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for sure.

First room we were put into had standing green tinted water in the walk in shower. Staff moved us to a new “Upgraded” room, but did not have a shower issue. It did have a curtain issue that failed to cover the window entirely (nice if you like full moonlight).

We loved the location, the ambience/decor, the service, amenities & the room size was bigger than most (perfect for 4 girls). The hotel is near a bus station & can be noisy at night but it did not bother me at all. I slept just fine.

We had a corner room on the 5 floor. Room was clean upon arrival but very, very small… Like a walk in closet. Seemed pricey for the time we were there. Remotes for the TV didn’t work. Water pressure in the shower was not great, only had 2 towels for 3 nights. Bums were out the majority of the time we were out walking and close to the hotel. Waitress for breakfast was rude when told we had breakfast vouchers. Would look at another hotel the next time we come to Indy

Our room was very clean. The attendants were very polite and helpful. We stayed on the second floor and the noise from the street was a bit much, but outside their control. Very happy with the spacious room.
