Every one was nice and helpful. I liked the layout of the room comfortable for what you wanted to do. Being close to the Airport was needed for me and your transportation to the Airport was nice.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We enjoyed the bar and the food we ordered was excellent. We will use the shuttle to the airport in the morning.

Stayed here on departure and return through Indianapolis airport. Very convenient for this purpose. Found the room to be very comfortable and clean and updated. Nice for our family of four. Very understaffed at front desk and at bar/restaurant so service was slow and help was minimal. Breakfast Buffett was convenient option in the morning. Would stay here again.

Nice room but it was hard to get the temperature comfortable. We were too warm most of the night even though we turned down the heat. Also the breakfast was one of the most disappointing I’ve ever had. No pancakes or waffles (which most hotels have). They had French toast which is a nice change of pace but it was pretty chewy and flavorless. Eggs were dry but decent. Muffins were decent - I liked the apple one. Also the orange juice was very weird and we couldn’t drink it.
