It's a nice hotel and the staff were friendly and ready to assist which is good because you have to rely on them for things like getting ice for the water bottle, reheating a cup of tea, etc... It would be nice if they could have decaf coffee or some tea out in the reception area. Our room faced the outside of the property on the top floor and it was noisy with motorcycles, loud cars, and emergency vehicles. If you aren't used to urban noise, make sure you get a room facing inward. A final note, our in room safe was smaller than what we've had in other hotels. My laptop would not fit in the in room safe. I'm sure I could have taken it down to the front desk, but I really like an independent stay.
