We are 100% certain someone unauthorized was in our unit while we were out, and left a window open (which we had no ability to open ourselves). CozySuites refused to believe us, or do anything about it besides offer us a different place to stay the following night at 10pm. By then, we'd already found alternative accommodations and had requested a partial refund (2 out of 3 nights). After multiple follow-up attempts, poorly written responses from their team that they were sending our request to their "back end team", they offered us a measly $100 refund. This is wildly insufficient.
Beyond our unsafe experience, we were also disappointed to find an odd smell upon check-in, an old/dirty carpet throughout the unit, a refrigerator that smelled like fish, and slimy shower floors. The pictures looked OK, and the reviews were positive, so we were quite disappointed with our experience.
Perhaps had they taken our report seriously, or been at all reasonable in their reservation or support processes (I was on hold for over 25 minutes without a single check-in from the rep), this review would not be so direct. But each chance we gave them to recover was missed so we will absolutely avoid CozySuites moving forward. I suggest you do as well.
