First time I have ever stayed in a motel where there were personal contact with employees. The room needed some cleaning, when I dropped a pair of black dress pants on the floor and picked them up they were covered in dust.

Couldn’t get the faucet far enough over for the hot water to work in our room and for some reason has a $10 hotel service fee when you check out. It could really use a deep cleaning and just fyi, no hair dryer.

The motel is all updated. New bathroom, tv, and had a microwave in the room. The rooms are great for a Motel 6. The service was great. They went above and beyond to help me out. The beds are a little on the hard side. The hot water wasn’t hot. It was lukewarm. Stairs needed to be vacuumed. Over was a good stay.

Good ownership

I had reserved a room with accessibility and when I got there, there are no extra handrails in the bathroom or a spray one as Pictures had indicated. A few moments after calling the front desk, the owner of the establishment and the front desk clerk came in to address my concerns and it took me to four different rooms to see which one I was gonna be comfortable with and we found one it’s not very often that an owner will come in and assist you, but he said he just wanted to get it right and a repeated that multiple times and they did and I appreciate what he did and his front desk clerk was very nice and assisting me switching rooms

Upon checking in customer service was amazing. They always greeted with a smile and very respectful. Upon going into the the room it was clean for the most part. How ever we did find old brittle dried chicken chunks in the window. The sink was stopped up to where it wouldnt drain it was clogged. The staff did come and try to fix it. Moving on to later in the night I took a Shower and noticed the hot water wasn’t very hot was more like luke warm. The pressure was okay. You could tell they had redone the bathroom. As we lay down for bed the mattresses wasn’t very comfortable . They was sunk in they was springy and hard . We stayed for 2 nights and our whole bodies is sore. From back to legs. It was very noisy Thursday and Friday. . People next to our room was fighting and yelling all hours of the night plus slamming doors . We told staff in the morning before we left for the day they had aploogized multiple times and stated they couldn’t get the people to listen to them. One of my main issues was not only the noise but you could tell they had removed the little fridges and microwaves so you had to walk to the lobby each time you wanted to heat something up to heat . We had to be careful with left overs form the restraunts we visited due to no fridge. I also didn’t like the fact they removed the extra lock on the side of the wall to lock the door. I feel like if you’re not going to do breakfast you should have the fridges and microwaves in room .

Cheap, but keep your deadbolt on!

Was in town for only one night to attend a family function. The check-in was a little off putting, initially, (it's a computer screen in a box similar to a stand-alone ATM) and a person appeared to walk me through the process which included taking: my picture, a picture of my ID, and my payment, before presenting me with a room key. We had 2 rooms and when we went up, my sister's room was already occupied! Yes, we opened the door with our issued key and there were people in bed! The mix-up was cleared up quickly, but it was quite shocking to say the least and a reminder to keep our deadbolt on when we were in the room. Other than that the place was much, much cheaper than any other hotel in the area and it was clean. It was also undergoing renovations, which may have been the reason for the lower rate.
