Welcome to this charming farmhouse in Noblesville. Sleeps 8 in 4 beds. Accessible by stairs. Standalone 3 Br carriage house beautiful country scenery, mini-kitchen, grill, patios, fire pits, games and more. You'll have the entire carriage house which is detached from the main house with its own private entrances. We live on property in main house. 5 minutes to quaint Noblesville and Cicero downtown, Morse Lake Marina, kayaking/fishing/tubing at White River and walking distance to Potter's Bridge nature trails. 15 minutes to Ruoff Concert Pavilion and Grand Park sports complex. Parking, Pet Friendly. Flex check-in/out times. You are welcome to enjoy the property, patio and fire-pit areas.
2 Bedrooms are divided by barn doors, other bedroom has full-sized bunks. All memory foam. Plenty of linens, hair dryer, curling iron, iron, toiletries. Dishes, coffee/tea provided. Cable TV, gaming devices, books, games and firewood.

Beautiful home away from home!

We had a fantastic stay at Mable’s Farm for our girls weekend. Clean and cute home away from home located close to our main event (Deer Creek aka Ruoff Music Center). Definitely recommend!

My husband and I brought our two kids (4 & 2) to Indiana for a couple days to check out the children’s museum. We loved this house. It was so peaceful. This is a beautiful property and the home is incredible!! It seems that Mindy has thought of it all to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Incredible views from the porch. Everything was very clean and extremely comfortable. I would 100% recommend to others!!

We stayed at Mable’s farm for our daughter graduation from IWU. Mable’s farm is very nice well kept place. Lot of fun things for the kids to do also here. Close to Noblesville, Indiana were they have lots of thing to do and places to eat. We would definitely recommend this place to stay out.

The location was nice.. close to restaurants and 20 min from grand park. Only complaint was bathroom..VERY SMALL! We are thin people and barely could fit in shower.and no counter space. The bathroom was in back of living room so every sound that was made could be heard by everyone. For a place that sleeps 6; the bathroom was too small and would have been nice to have 1.5 bathrooms. Will not stay again bc of thebathroom.reason

Rural, Restful and Cozy!

We enjoyed this above the garage apartment so much! It’s perfect for families. There are a ton of details that were considered for decor and comfort. Location was rural and restful but it is a drive to everything we ended up doing. Property would be gorgeous in the spring, summer and fall. Great owners.

Nice, clean guesthouse

Guesthouse was nice and clean. Owner was friendly and even allowed me to do laundry in her own basement! She was very accommodating and quick to respond. I will note that the bathroom is very small, and that was kind of difficult with a whole family of 6. Also, two of the rooms are connected with barn doors. That worked out fine for us, but it could be awkward under other circumstances. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table! We would consider staying again. Good, safe location. Overall, good stay!
