Location was convenient to get to the convention center and we had everything we needed. Cute little duplex. The heat was off when we arrived so it was freezing but it quickly heated up and we had a very cozy stay. Everything was very clean, besides one of the beds had a stain on the sheets. We did have to go buy new ones while we were there for our stay but despite that we had a very nice stay.

We were in Indianapolis for a women’s conference, we didn’t spend much time in the house other than to sleep. It was roomy, decorated nice, and was clean. We weren’t expecting it to be a duplex, but was okay with that. The step up onto the porch was a bit high. Host was wonderful, allowing us early check in so we could get settled in before leaving for the conference. I would recommend this property to others.

This property checked all the boxes! Very cute, clean, and close to our relatives! The only exception was that the neighbors in the adjoining town home were loud, waking us up in the early morning hours with loud knocking on a door in their unit.

Was here for work. The house was updated as the pictures presented. Quiet neighborhood, clean house. Very very minor issue is the water heater makes a slight noise while the hot water is running. Would love to book again.

Taylor Swift girls weekend get away

We loved everything about this place. It was easy to get to, clean, recently update and is super cute. Plenty of room for us 2 adults, 2 pre teens. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and it is only 15 min to downtown. We will definitely stay here again when we make our next trip to INDY!!

Nice little stay

This is 1 side of a twin single ranch home, across the street from the fairgrounds. Very quiet though. Cute but small. Beds were comfortable but there was a popping sound we heard all night so it was a little hard to sleep (maybe from the hot water tank?). No dressers or TV’s in the bedrooms, we only slept there for 2 night so it was adequate for our needs
