At the reception desk Bridgette Dixon was if superb assistance. I had concern a couple of times with my transportation. Instead of allowing me to worry to long, see l she came up with a workaround solution to make the situation as smooth as clock work. Thank you Quality Inn for having a great employee to represent the chain.

Bed and bathroom were clean but room had holes in the walls and desk chair was disgusting. Person in lobby at 12:30am discussing with staff extended stay as housing (appeared she was transient).

The room feels neglected. When we arrived there was a couple tools on the room that looks like somebody was working there. The shower was not good at all, The shower handle was no properly working. When we took a shower the shower was also stuck. These rooms definitely needs a fix.

Front desk guy didn’t know anything. I asked if I could do a late checkout and wanted to charge me a half day when I only needed an hour or 2. Plus I could hear a couple fighting at 4 am both nights I stayed there. The walls don’t provide any privacy.

It was the worst experience ever I'm not only it was dirty my hotel key would work one minute and then the next it stoped the first day I wanted to check in and couldn't find anyone I ended up sleeping in their parking lot and when I woke up then I found the manager so I could check in I explained what happened he said they is someone here all the time I said well I looked everywhere and couldn't find anyone the night before I was going to check out same issue couldn't find the employee went to the store to get groceries and thanks for my key not working and couldn't find the guy that decided to show up 2 hours later my groceries spoiled I had it by this time got another key and packed my things and left early called headquarters to get a refund they said since I booked with a 3rd party they will have to refund me I called the 3rd party and they tried to make it right but they said they couldn't refund me that the hotel will have to I to them well great it looks like I'm getting a run a round because that's what the headquarters said so the 3rd party said they will call the hotel on my behalf and try to get it resolved it's funny because when I called the hotel before I choose to call headquarters they said the manager wouldn't be in until Tuesday so there was nothing they could do but when the 3rd party called they lied and said they couldn't do a refund because I never reported any issues which is a lie I'm so upset I went there to relax but it was a horrible experience

The parking lot and road leading into the lot is in terrible shape - the rooms need to be updated. Black mold in the shower :(
