Tv didn't work, mold and massive peeling paint in the bathroom, sink was massively cracked, smoke alarm was missing, and the lights turned themselves on and off. We were going to get another motel but they were all full due to a convention.

This is a last resort type of place. It is old and rundown. They had to move us three times because the tv didn't work. The bathrooms were a mess, broken toilets and vanity tops. They beds were clean but one of our rooms didn't even have the headboards any longer, only the holes where the screws use to be. NO maid service while your staying there, we were there three nights and we had to dump our trash ourselves. Find some place else. We booked through Expedia and they should not even list this place.

Cleanliness: The bathrooms were filthy, and the carpets are in very poor condition, with almost no pile left on the surface. There was also a very strong, unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. - Housekeeping: Housekeeping services were only provided every three days without any prior notice. - Dining: The breakfast selection was repetitive and never changed during my stay. - Service: Most of the front desk staff seemed careless and indifferent regarding the issues I raised.

To start matters off hotels.com booked me a room I get to the site there's no record of a booking. After 2 hours being stranded I was sent to another hotel arranged by hotels.com this hotel gave me a room with a bunch of bath towels in the refrigerator because it was leaking so they switched me to another room where the tv did not work at all and said sorry about it but we can't fix it absolutely will never recommend hotels.com or quality inn ever
