This hotel- for 400 dollars a night was awful. It would have been awful at 150 per night. There is no Chaffee service in the morning, there was no breakfast available, the ice machines were all empty, the room was filthy, the towels were dirty and so was the carpet in the hallway. There may have also been feces in the elevator.

This property needs better water pressure and a/c need tonget colder. When a complaint is made the staff here need to be able to control their guest better and stop the kids from running up and down the halls screaming and also braking things. The guest and their parents should have been asked to leave.

Our TV screen was shattered reported it immediately and no accommodations were made. After driving an entire day relaxing with some TV was exactly what I had in mind, not the case this visit. I choose this hotel for the location it is super comfortable and great acces to food and an entertaining atmosphere. I just wish the staff would have been more accommodating on this encounter.

Not a bad place to stay

Stay was ok. Large hotel not usually full. Room was nice. Clean. Stayed a week and rates went up over the weekend. Staff is nice.

Meh, it's okay

The hotel has pros and cons. Pros - it was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows slept well and the TV in the room was a good size. Cons- The in room refrigerator is a joke. It has a two hour timer on it that cannot be bypassed (I asked). We ended up purchasing a cheap cooler and stocking it with ice after we lost our fresh veggies that we purchased for snacks. The staff is fine but not overly friendly. My wife asked for a couple of extra towels and was grilled bybthe front counter lady asking why she needed them. Overall, its okay but not vwry hospitable.
