The property is very nice and super convenient. Close to great eating spots and the Fieldhouse. Parking is not included though and costs 45 a night. That was unexpected and added about 100 to our stay.

Loudest hotel in Indy

Loudest hotel I have stayed in Indy. Whoever was above was so loud we thought they were either having a medical emergency or domestic violence situation. You get all the amenities of a 4 star hotel with the noise level of Motel 6. Also exterior rooms are facing the street, so you'll be serondade by loud exhaust and squilling tires all night. Valet staff was great and highlight of the stay.

I recently stayed at The Alexander hotel and while the overall experience had its positives, there was a significant issue with my reservation. I had specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds, but upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was oversold and my request could not be accommodated. To address the situation, they offered an additional room at no extra charge, which was appreciated. However, the inconvenience of having to separate into two rooms instead of staying together as planned did take away from the experience. The staff was courteous in resolving the issue, but I hope the hotel improves its booking management to prevent situations like this in the future.
