We have stayed at this property many times, actually every time we are in Indy, which is a few times a year. This is the perfect house. Plenty of room to have family or friends over to visit. It is always clean and exactly as advertised. What makes this the best place to stay is the owner, Debbie. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. She is the perfect host.

Mother's Day Trip

We came to Indy to spend Mother's Day with family. We always rent this property. It is in a great neighborhood. The house is perfect. Always very clean and it is the perfect size for us. Debbie, the host, is fantastic. She always makes you feel like family and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Would highly recommend.

Thanksgiving with Family

This is our 4th time staying at the Bedford House. We absolutely love it. We came to Indy to spend an early Thanksgiving with family and friends and the house is perfect for such an occasion. Everything is fantastic. The host, Deb, makes everything even that much better. She makes sure her guests are comfortable and taken care of. Would highly recommend and look forward to our future stay.

This home was perfect for a weekend family gateway to Indy. Deb does a great job at communicating. Her special touches with additional amenities & items helped to make use feel right at home. We would recommend the property as well as consider staying here the next time we are in town.

The house was nice and clean, close to city, but in a quite area. House was well accommodating for my family, the host was real responsive if had a question, left a nice welcome basket. House was completely furnished and very comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to visit and hopefully will book again in the future.

Dad's 70th Birthday

We always stay at the Bedford House when we come to Indy. We came to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. The house has plenty of room. The house is just as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet. The location is great. The owner is always available if you need anything. Deb is really a great host. We highly recommend the Bedford House. This was our 4th stay. Every time we go to Indy, this is where we stay. You couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful property, clean and very comfortable. The host was very helpful with emails and had treats available when we arrived. We travel with a small dog so the fenced in back yard was awesome. Nice neighborhood and easy to get to the highways.

Mother's Day Weekend

This isn't our first time staying at the Bedford House. My husband and I stay here every time we are in town. The house is exactly as shown. The owner always makes sure all your needs are met before your arrival. She always leaves little treats to make it feel like home. We love staying here. The neighborhood is quiet. The owner, Debbie, is a top-notch host. We highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent Property and Great Hospitality!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The host was very nice, the house was very nice and well stocked with the necessities and was also nicely decorated. It really made us feel like we were at home. This was definitely one of our best experience while visiting Indianapolis. The property is coincidently located to the city and is situated in a lovely’s quiet neighborhood. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future.

Extremely Hospitable Host

This place is a fine place to stay, with everything as advertised on the site. The furnishings (pots, pans, etc) seemed to be higher quality than most rental units that obviously filled out their amenities with thrift store finds. The host was extraordinarily communicative and more welcoming than any host I've encountered while renting out through these third party sites. She stocked the house with enough stuff to get us going for a quick breakfast if we got in late, and left homemade cookies and a handwritten note welcoming us. Extremely happy that we ended up staying here, and we all would absolutely enjoy staying here again if we ever return to Indianapolis.

Absolutely the best stay we have had in years

I'll try to keep it brief and valuable. The home is perfect. Clean with literally everything you would ever need. Debbie is amazing! The location is perfect. You are minutes from downtown, the Southside of Indy as well as the West side of town (speedway specifically) I worked during the stay. The internet was great and the layout of the home allowed me to have a dedicated space. Just a great stress free stay.

Family Visit

This is our second time staying at the Bedford House and we are just as happy this time as we were the first. Debbie is an amazing host. She makes you feel welcome from start to finish. Communication is great. The house is perfect. Very comfortable, close to everything. We enjoyed having family come by to visit. The yard is fenced in for your pets which is perfect. Amazing Stay in Indy

Loved this property! Everything was clean and well-stocked. We arrived to homemade brownies and a kitchen stocked with everything you need. The host was so gracious and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here!

Easter weekend!

Where to begin! Communication from start to finish with Debbie is amazing. The house is great. Very comfortable, room for guests. My husband and I were in town to visit family for the Easter holiday. We couldn't have picked a better house. The house is very welcoming. You arrive and you feel like you are at home or have been there before. Everything is labeled which makes it easier to find things. Very nice outside to sit. Quiet neighborhood. Debbie is amazing. She left the most beautiful yellow tulips for Easter with a lovely card. She really goes above and beyond to make it a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend this property. We look forward to a future stay.

So very cozy and comfortable

This home was near our daughter's dance competition. It was SO SO SO cozy. Besides the cute little extra amenities we didn't expect, the house was just clean and comfortable. The beds made for a great night sleep. I had my senior mother with us and she very much enjoyed the stay. Our teen girls loved the tea and coffee station as much as I did. We have stayed at many similar places, and therefore the thing I loved most about the kitchen was that the pots/pans/utensils were so ORGANIZED and it was easy to find everything. We took just a short trip to Main street to antique and eat pizza. Our only disappointment from our trip was that we didn't have more time to visit the nearby monastery because we were too busy with the dance comp. Thank you so much for everything, we will absolutely stay again if we are in the same area!

The property was beautiful!! The owner was so generous and made sure we had stuff in fridge for breakfast since we were coming in late!! Perfect spot for our family!

We needed a home that could comfortably sleep our family of 6 on the southeast side of Indy while we were in town for a family gathering. The Bedford House was perfect! Debbie communicated everything we needed to know and replied to any questions very quickly. She left some snacks and basic breakfast items which was super helpful since we didn’t get in until very late, and we have hungry kids. The space was clean and very nicely decorated. The living room was super comfy and the tv was great. We streamed our own shows to it and felt right at home. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to cook, and there were basic toiletries and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We wish we could have stayed longer and use the backyard sitting area, and basketball hoop. I could go on, but you just need to experience it yourself! Debbie is an excellent host!
