OK but not outstanding

The property shows well in the photos but once on site we found that it was rather barebones. It is also very much an economy style once you get past the pool and hot tub.The kitchen cabinets are very cheap and need some attention. All furnishings are basic. The entertainment room had 4 large viewing chairs and a large screen connected to nothing. There was also a video game in the corner which was inoperative. We obviously spent no time there!The 'living room' has a fairly good couch and a TV with a 3 remotes; one for TV and others for ? There were some other electronic boxes and wires on the floor under the TV, an area that just cried out for some consol, cupboard or table.Kitchen is fairly well stocked with equipment although we would have liked to have more than just 5 forks (3 smaller salad forks and 2 dinner forks.) The dish detergent must be the cheapest available as even after using at least 5 times the amount I am accustomed to using, I still had to put the cooking equipment in the dishwasher to get the grease cleaned off.Bathrooms were clean although I do not understand why one would want to have a cloth shower curtain without a plastic liner causing the curtain to be constantly soaked throughout our stay. The toilet paper is the thinnest that I have seen. Didn't know that was even available now.Beds were basic comfortable beds for sleeping. I would forgo putting a throw pillow on the bed on top of the sleeping pillows. Incorrect house entry instr

My family and I had a blast staying here will book with Avant again 2 things that needed to be fixed was a cleaner pool even though it was somewhat clean and the arcade game was not working properly other than that the whole family had a blast will book for sure next time. Also wanted to add the response we got when needed something they were quick thank you for that.

The property was a very good value at its price, and the managers are very responsive. There are some details of the property that can improve (and will over time I am sure). The home was very comfortable and 10 of us stayed there with complete comfort.

Fantastic property - better than advertised.

Our tennis team stayed at this property for the weekend. We found it to be much nicer than advertised. The management group was very accessible and happy to answer questions. Everything was on site for your visit. The home theater was a great place to gather on a rainy Saturday to watch a movie and then a football playoff game. I will definitely be reservicing this property in the future for our needs in the Palm Springs area. Thank you.

Vacation

Our 2-week stay was relaxing and pleasant. The house was adequate for 5 guests. Communication with Avant Stay was easy and effective. However, there were a few issues: 1) The house upon arrival was not appropriately clean, especially the bathrooms; 2) some expected items were missing upon arrival, e.g.no toilet paper in the bathrooms; 3) closet doors in the bedrooms not secure (one closet door fell unexpectedly on the bed in one of the bedrooms; the guest staying there would have been injured if they had been lying on their bed; 3) we found a broken umbrella by the trash when we arrived, which was replaced when we called but should have been done beforehand; 4) need to reconnect to WiFi all the time; and 5) the movable grill had a broken part which prevented connection to the propane tanks. The kitchen, however, was well stocked and had good cabinet space.

Wonderful Stay

Our large group thoroughly enjoyed this house and recommend it to others if you don’t mind the extra ID requirements the owner requires. This is a lovely house with plenty of amenities. The AC is strong, the lighting is plentiful, the beds are clean & comfortable, the pool is well maintained though, due to the summer heat, the water is too warm (not Avant Stay’s fault, of course), and front door code access is easy. Our neighbors were quiet and we felt safe. We recommend this rental if your large group is ready to enjoy a relaxing getaway or vacation. Thank you, Avant Stay. Job well done! 😊

Everything was very nice the only thing that we didn’t like was that we couldn’t have music and on Saturday we notice that the neighbors from the back house was recording us and that feel really uncomfortable and it was not ok at all because she was violating our privacy but other than that everything was great
