My husband and I spent a week at the house. The cabin itself is pretty nice, very quiet and very clean. It's at the end of dead end street so barely any traffic. Lots of birds to watch from the deck! The living room furniture is comfortable, and so is the king size bed in the loft. We didn't try out the other beds. A few things to know about the house; although the house is listed as sleeping 8, there is only seating for 6 in the living and dining room. The kitchen is very limited in its pots and pans, for a house that sleeps 8. Only one 8" frying pan, and an assortment of odd pots and pans with random lids. Plates and silverware were in short supply for a house this size, so we had to run the dishwasher every other day. There was a good amount of Keurig coffee pods and sugar packs, and some basic spices, so that was really nice. Now for something that would have been a deal breaker for us, if we had known: NO bathroom on the main floor. The only two (full) bathrooms are in the loft (privacy issue for people sleeping there), and on the lower level. With two guests it's doable, with 8 it would be a problem. There are some maintenance issues (shower door in the loft bathroom needs repair. So do the vertical shades in the loft) Other guests mentioned this, so assume that it has been like that for a while. Overall, we did have a nice stay, but I wanted to highlight the things I care about as a frequent VRBO guest, and assume others do as well.
