Step out the back door and enjoy a short, scenic walk along wooded trails leading directly to the Saco River, where guests can spend sunny days swimming, tubing, or relaxing on the river —a favorite spot for both kids and adults during the summer months.

Inside, the home offers plenty of space to spread out. The finished basement is a hit with families, featuring family games and a foosball table, making it the perfect hangout after a day of adventure. With three levels of living space, everyone can enjoy both together time and privacy.

The location truly sets this home apart. You’re just minutes from many of the area’s top attractions, including Story Land, North Conway Village, Attitash Mountain Resort, and Cranmore Mountain Resort. Enjoy nearby mini golf, ice cream, excellent restaurants, hiking trails, and endless family-friendly activities.
