This condo is located on the ground floor of Lake Windermere Point in building 3000, and the complex is conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Therefore, please expect some background noise.

KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the small and large appliances you will need to whip up a meal or snack during your stay. You will also find a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay. Near the kitchen area, you will find a comfortable eight-seater dining table with chairs.

LOUNGE AND PATIO AREAS
The lounge area is comfortable and inviting. There is a leather sofa and TV, perfect for those cozy nights in. From the lounge, you can access the patio area that has seating and a BBQ for you to enjoy.

BEDROOMS
You will find two bedrooms at our property, one king and one queen-sized. For your comfort, each bed is dressed in hotel-quality linens. There is closet space in both rooms, with one room having a walk through closet. One bedroom also has an ensuite with a tub/shower combo.

BATHROOM
There are two bathrooms at this property, one is an ensuite. Each bathroom has a bath-shower combo, and we provide hotel-quality towels and SoCo Soaps body wash/shampoo for your use.

IN-SUITE LAUNDRY
You will also find a washer-dryer within the closet on your left as you enter the unit for your personal use. We provide basic detergent. If you require softener you will need to bring your own.

Nearby there is a children's play area, beach, and boat launch.
This property is conveniently located close to the shuttle to Panorama.

KIDS:
We have a pack and play as well as a stand alone highchair in the space.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
