Great location within walking distance of eating, shopping, and groceries. We stayed there and walked to the Inverness Highland Games. Parking wasn’t perfect, but only a block away after unloading.

Cute flat. VERY clean. Location was perfect for all of my plans. Grocery across the street was a bonus. At first, I was worried about finding parking but I never had a problem. The only hiccup was the shower because the water temperature was either scalding hot or ice cold. Being from the US, this was probably my lack of understanding how it worked.

Apt was perfect for my husband and myself. Grocery store right across the street. Nice walk to area. Shame the castle was not open . Washer/dryer no instructions on how to use. Parking was ok, frustrating at times.

The property was so handy to everything - the centre of town, the river walk, supermarkets, shops, museums. Innes was easy to communicate with and her apartment was beautiful. Having parking was helpful too. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Bathroom clean and had lots of hot water when needed. All appliances were clean and in good working order.We very much enjoyed our stay here and would book again when in Inverness. Thankyou for having us.

Perfect Inverness Appartment Location

We hired this appartment for visiting Inverness for a music festival. Its location to the city centre and everything we needed was perfect. There is a supermarket very close by and lots of fantastic restaurants. The appartment was set up to a very high standard and felt safe and cosy.

Perfect Spot for Bus Tour drop off

We did a 3 day trip of the highlands with Hairy Coo Tours and their drop off/pick up spot was a 4 minute walk from this flat! It was also right across from a grocery store which was perfect for saving money. We loved all the little touches of cookies, bottles of water, shampoo & conditioner and the heated bathroom floors!! The beds were comfy and lots of space for four adults. Would highly recommend staying here!

Clean, spacious apartment near city center. It took me a while to figure out the lights and the appliances are a wee different then in the US. Don't be alarmed if you do a wash and it's taking 3 hours.The washing machine automatically does the drying as well. Overall, a brilliant place to stay. Tesco is across the street.

The unit was great—very good size, very clean, and fantastic location (Tesco across the street was also very handy). Innes was great, very responsive and very helpful. I would gladly stay there again. Two things I would note—it was a little tricky finding parking but there is a loading spot right by the walkway to the unit so you can drop off bags first. The other is my own ignorance—the dryer function is different than American dryers, if you are doing laundry, you should factor in hang dry time.

Tucked away and quiet but in a really great hub. A bit tricky to locate initially but the host gave perfect instructions to find it. It had everything I needed and was close to a lot of everything I wanted to do. I hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect! We loved the two restaurants located just a minutes walk from us: Rocpool and Prime Steak and Seafood! This two bedroom apartment was an excellent choice for our family’s stay (two adults/two young kids) in Inverness. The apartment is completely updated, well stocked, and has a number of touches that make it feel more like home
including salt, pepper, and cooking oil. (If you stay at a lot short stay apartment rentals, then you know this is often overlooked.) The water pressure in the shower is amazing, and the bedrooms were very big with comfortable beds. The apartment is within walking distance of the train station and many sights around Inverness. There is also a very nice Tesco grocery store across the street. Communicating with Innes was very easy. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Gute Wohnung, gute Lage, aber die Umgebung


Die Wohnung ist eine von mehreren Wohnungen, die in einem Hinterhof im Erdgeschoss liegen, umgeben und ĂŒbergeben von Wohnungen - vorsichtig gesagt - die extrem heruntergekommen sind und durch eine eher sozial prekĂ€re Schicht bewohnt werden. Das hat uns nicht weiter gestört - denn es war nichts dabei besonders laut - man muss halt wissen, dass der Ausblick aus der Wohnung zu alten Seiten eher schlimm ist und beim Herausgehen aus der Wohnung einen nicht der grĂ¶ĂŸte Genuss erwartet. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung tipptopp. Einzige Kritikpunkt - aufgrund der Hinterhoflage trocknet fast nichts in der Wohnung. Alles bleibt ein wenig klamm, inklusive der HandtĂŒcher, die man benutzt. Dabei hatten wir eine Woche ohne Regen im Sommer. Die Ausstattung und auch die Lage in Inverness ist super - deswegen haben wir die Nachteile gerne in Kauf genommen. Also in Summe: Empfehlung!
