This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a smart TV and WiFi, and plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Enjoy slow mornings with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or end the day with a soothing soak in your private screened-in pool. Pool and spa heating are available upon request for an additional fee.

Inside, the open-concept kitchen offers everything you need—upgraded appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials whether you’re preparing a simple meal or cooking for the whole family. The dining area provides seating for six, making it a perfect space to gather after a day exploring Citrus County.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with luxurious bedding, a private ensuite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two comfortable beds ideal for kids or additional guests. Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of a locked owner’s storage room. There is a car parked in the garage, but guests are welcome to use the garage space.

This home is located in Inverness—Florida’s Small Town Done Right—known for its charming downtown, historic Courthouse Square, inviting pubs and restaurants, and unique local shops. Outdoor lovers will appreciate the incredible Withlacoochee State Trail, one of Florida’s most scenic paved trails, perfect for biking, running, or leisurely walks. A car is recommended to explore the area comfortably.

This is a lovely property set in a peaceful community. The property was as described in the listing, although I would say that the pictures do not do justice to the size of property. It was well finished with all the home comforts you require. The pool area was great, plenty of room for us all to relax. The local area had a good range of shops and eateries, we found just about everything we wanted. We did have once small issue with the plumbing in the en-suite however, following a quick call to the management company, a plumber was at the house within an hour and resolved the issue. Would highly recommend this property.

Never enough time

Property was great, worked out good for us. For some reason the pool timer leaves the pool off until about 10 or 11am, would have looked to see it running earlier but no big deal. Shower doors would be nice if just to keep some heat in the shower but again no big deal. Would stay again.

I chose this house because I was working from home with both of my children this week. I invited my mom and sister in law, just to help with the kids and enjoy some down time. The house was clean and cute, but the photos weren't accurate. There was not a desk to work at and the couch was much smaller than the photos. The beds were so uncomfortable, we had to go buy air mattresses. There was not a lockbox so we didnt have a way to drop the keys. Minor things, but all couldve made a big difference for the week. I ended up checking out early to sleep in our own beds.

Great family getaway

We had a multigenerational family vacation with members ranging from mid-50's to 7 years old. The house was well equipped for all of us. The pool was great for the kids, there was plenty of room for us to be together in one space. It was a great home and looks just like the pictures shared.

Relaxing Inverness Oasis

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. Its a well stocked home away from home. Communication with the owner is easy. Our only wish is that keypad would be used instead if having to pickup/drop off real keys from management company. We will be back again.

Great Neighborhood and lovely home

The home was just as advertised, fully stocked with towels, extra sheets, blankets, toiletries, dishes, pots, small appliances and even pool toys. The beds were comfortable and the couch was perfect for lounging (soft leather, comfortable and with great support). The pool and jacuzzi were the highlight and we were thankful for the option to have it heated. The neighborhood was quiet and the homes were situated on larger properties, providing lots of privacy. We appreciated that this was a pet-free home, allowing us to enjoy no pet dander on furniture and allergies not being triggered. The only downside was that you have to check in and pick up the keys at the property management office. It was not a far drive but a nuisance. A lockbox or a keyless lock at the property would be make it more convenient.

Awesome place and very friendly staff to work with.

The house was amazing, the kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The house was very clean, and decorated nicely! Hated coming back home, will definitely rent again the next time I'm in the area.

Quiet, Clean, Relaxing... Great access to the bike trail!

We selected this property based on it's proximity to the Bike trail. It is only a few blocks from the Withlacoochee trail. Which made riding out the driveway very safe and convenient. The house is not only well located to the trail, but close to grocery shopping and restaurants. The beds were excellent. Very new and comfortable. The showers had great pressure and the water is very hot! And... does not have that Florida "Sulfur" smell that the hotels have. The pool was nice and relaxing. We would have just liked to have known in advance there was a charge to heat the pool so we could have done that before we arrived. Kitchen was clean and very well appointed and stocked. Overall, Two Thumbs UP!! Thanks for a nice break for reality and a quiet place to rest and recover.

Villa Joy

Villa Joy was the perfect week getaway! The home was clean and spacious and had everything you needed. The pool and spa was relaxing, incredibly clean and had all the pool toys you could imagine! Justyna and Dan were incredibly responsive with any questions or concerns we may have had. The property is close to downtown Inverness which has tons of fun little restaurants/bars, coffee shops etc. and it was a short drive into Crystal River and Homosassa. We had an incredible week and highly recommend this property!
