This hotel is excellent, even is a small property compared with luxury chains, it offers the same quality service or even more by the hotel staff. All people treats customers in an excepcional way

Nice hotel in good location

The room is nice, clean, and comfort. Location is good to travel in the city, and it's easy for walk and taxi. However, the staff cannot speak English well, and the bathroom is small.

new hotel with reasonable price and nice staffs

as a newly opened hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, also staff is very nice and helpful. The staff there helped us to argue with the taxi driver who charged our fare unreasonably. so I do recommend people to stay in there

空港からホテルへのタクシー送迎を事前にメッセージでリクエストした際、値段や支払い方法、アプリを使う方法もある事、白タクに注意する事、とても丁寧に教えてくれました。スタッフも丁寧に対応してくれました。朝食のビュッフェもロシア料理が多く、どれも美味しかったです。今回の旅で6つの異なるホテルを利用しましたが、ホスピタリティの面でこちらが1番印象に残っています。イルクーツクに行く人が居たらぜひ勧めたい！

酒店新装修过挂4星的，条件不错，双床房不是很大，但也够了，2个箱子可以完全打开，床很大软硬适中，浴室大洗漱用品很全，每天还添加，每天送2瓶贝加尔湖水，有一次性拖鞋，书桌上还有带USB充电的插座。早餐7-11点，不大但东西基本都有，够吃饱，咖啡和热水24小时免费享用，每个楼层还有个饮水机，提供开水。 而且位置也好，闹中取静，藏在一条幽静的小路里，边上好像是个小学，距离主要景点也不远，而且正好伊市马戏城就在边上，我们还去看了一次马戏，现场效果非常棒！
