My computer was not connected to wifi, i called its customer team they said there is no one to fix this solution. So I'v been waiting for 30 min but still not get any solution until check out. This is very bad customer service that I've never had. Will not stay this hotel anymore.

The location is dated and in much need of an upgrade. The parking situation is not good as the security gates are open all night.

My stay was good , nice place. Could use some updated lights in room . 1 of the light next to bed didn't work . Also fan in bathroom sounded like was on its last leg . Would be nice to have a cup and some tea or coco. Also to have plastic cup in bathroom . Otherwise was good beautiful property nice patio , polite receptionist!

Our spring break staycation

The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. The hotel is affordable, a mini fridge goes for $10 a day which is not bad at all. I do not recommend the Buffet style Continental breakfast. One it’s overpriced at $19, there isn’t anyone checking for freshness of the food. The tots and eggs were stale. The waffles were cold, most of all the food was cold. Do yourself a favor and purchase breakfast else where. On hotels.com we received a booking email that the continental breakfast was $12 and they honored this price upon checking out and they adjusted the price. Customer service was decent.

There were a lot of hidden fees on my final bill. The parking is $28/day which they don't tell you when you make your reservation Then. I received some kind of tax on my final bill for parking which was anywhere between $12-14 dollars more per day. When I asked the guy at the front desk to explain it he really couldn't and told me the issue was that I "couldn't understand him." Not good customer service.

Great but parking fee not so great.

As a business traveler I really do not know or care if a hotel has a highchair. Not sure why you ask this. My answer will always be the same. The staff at the Atrium were great. I had to get to a meeting and they were very kind and got me a noon check in. The shower in my room was a little dated and the tub drain plug fell apart on me. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Great location for the hotel. The hidden fee for parking was not palpable. These parking fees are outrageous. I am certain the hotel must have to come with a certain amount of parking spots to be granted a permit to open. The hotel should not take advantage of their guests and charge an outrageous fee per guest for parking.
