Nice unit, as described. Location (once you find it) is really good. The view is beautiful and it's a short drive or long walk into the restaurant area, and really convenient to Jobos Beach, which is fun for both daytime - beach & activities - and nighttime. There's a whole strip of shops, restaurants and bars along the "road" behind the beach, and it's great. Super convenient, fun area. Crash Boat Beach is an easy drive, and we ventured over to waterfalls and a couple of other areas. All really easy to do from there, and local stores/markets if you want to shop aren't too far.
The unit itself is fine. Kids loved the bunkbeds and the main br bed was pretty comfy. Main reasons I gave it 4 vs 5 are that it could definitely use a little updating (a couple of things here and there kind of falling apart, and washer/dryer is a bonus but dryer doesn't shut off so you have to time it); the internet is brutally slow and so as a Verizon customer I basically just put my phone away for a week (my wife's TMobile was fine); and it's not really stocked with anything, which was a drag. For a beachfront property to not have at least an umbrella and a couple of chairs was a bit of a shock. And as much as we like to enjoy local restaurants, we also like to cook - there's nothing in the kitchen besides what you bring in, so make sure to stock quite literally everything you need. There are a couple of pots and pans, and dishes, but that's about it.
Overall really good stay, though.
