We had a wonderful stay and had a great time. Great location near all Isabela beaches, gas station next door, beach bars at Jobos Beach very close. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool hours were very limited and didn’t get to enjoy it!

Great family time!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment had everything you need; well appointed, equipped kitchen , great appliances, easy access. I was impressed with the cleanliness!! Also, these are beach apartments, so there will be the usual wear and tear due to the closeness, but super well kept. The complex itself super clean and friendly. The beach right in front is NOT for swimming, but the famous Jobos beach is 4 mins by car or you can even walk if you want. You don’t even need to bring your own beach chairs or umbrellas because you can rent them there, and there are many great restaurants. Also, highly recommend that you go to By Chef for dinner. It’s 20 minutes away by car but you will NOT regret it!!

Great place to stay!

Great location. Walk to the beach, food trucks at the end of the drive, lots of restaurants up the road or walk to them on the beach. Bed in the master was very comfy and it was nice to have 2 full baths. A jug of cold water in the fridge was SO appreciated! Lots of towels, plus beach towels. . Everything was great! We have stayed at Arnaldo‘s many times as he always gives us a great place to stay! The condo is clean and comfortable. In a great location- beaches, pool, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Arnaldo is a great host. Always available if you need something or have a question. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful location

The area was beautiful the location of the apartment was amazing. A lot of rules and regulations. which is expected because it is a residential area. The only drawback is that the apartment needs some updating. Maybe some nightstands in all bedrooms. Etc. Other than that. It is a great place. The owner's communication was GREAT! I do recommend.

Great stay! I'd book here again.

The property was very well maintained and it was exactly as I had expected. The host was great at communicating and I liked that all the information was also posted on the door on the inside. We were right near the pool and the porch area was great for people watching/eating/drinking your morning coffee. It was also very quiet. The couch was very comfortable for hanging out or napping. We would book here again if we went back to Isabela.

Montones Beach

We enjoyed the location and convenience of this unit: Great location in the complex with a patio view of the ocean while being close to the pool. Also easy ground floor access--so no hauling of bags up stairs or elevators. Unit was clean, but with minimal decoration. Kitchen had only very basic supplies. Air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was very loud, so we minimized its use.

Very nice!

Pictures give an accurate description of the apartment. We didn’t have any issues, the apartment was spotless clean. It was very convenient to have the washer/dryer in the unit. Would stay again if we go to Isabela.

We didn’t have a lot of furniture to sit on. One couch that was in the picture wasn’t in the apartment. Water pressure was poor. It was a nice place, close to pool and beach.

The property was in an excellent location and was exactly what we wanted. Had issue with the fridge but was fixed immediately. The kitchen did not have any glasses and not a big selection of cook ware. The complex was very nice. Would stay again.

Home Away From Home

I absolutely loved staying in this apartment, it is perfect with the pool and beach right outside. I felt safe with security at the front gate. Also, Arnold Erba, the host, responded very quickly and was very accommodating to my family needs. He knew I was traveling with my infant son and there was a highchair and pack and play in the apartment when we got there. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice place

It is a nice place. Beds are comfortable and Cleaned. You need to bring everything,. The beach area is not very nice, its rocky and rough but they are plenty of good beaches around the area must of them surfing beaches. . Crash boat its just about 10 drive. Plenty of restauranrs.
