The stunning great room with vaulted ceilings provides an open-concept living, dining & kitchen area with all new appliances and amenities. A unique archway connects you to bedrooms with A/C, custom queen beds & 1 1/2 bath.

A large area for parking is located under the home. On one of the few paved roads in Utila to provide you private tranquility that is only 1.8 km (1.1 miles) which is a 5-minute Golf Cart/Bike Ride OR 10-minute walk to the Town, Ferry, Beach and Airport.
