Faites vos souvenirs de famille ici. Belle maison haut de gamme construite sur mesure avec tant de commodités incroyables. En entrant au deuxième étage, vous ressentirez l'espace avec les hauts plafonds et le plan d'étage ouvert. Vous remarquerez immédiatement une piscine au niveau du pont juste à côté du salon et de la salle à manger. Le salon et la salle à manger ont chacun de grandes fenêtres et des portes coulissantes entourant la piscine, ce qui permet à chacun d'être à l'écart de toutes les activités de la piscine, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Situé à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage et à quelques pas de la marina de l'île de Palms, vous adorerez la cour arrière très privée bordée d'arbres. C'est une magnifique maison avec un espace ouvert incroyable, c'est une merveilleuse oasis pour les familles. Six chambres et six salles de bains, un ascenseur qui dessert tous les niveaux; du garage à la terrasse sur le toit. Pour le divertissement supplémentaire, dans le garage (rez-de-chaussée au 1er étage) il y a une salle de ping-pong plus une salle de divertissement au troisième étage avec une grande télévision �� écran plat et humide. Bénéficiant d'une grande cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils de niveau chef, il y a un îlot de cuisine spacieux avec bar pour le petit-déjeuner. La salle à manger avec un autre bar, dispose d'une grande table de salle à manger pour les grands repas de famille. Des six chambres, il y a 2 chambres principales, chacune avec salle de bain en suite; un au rez-de-chaussée et un deuxième maître au niveau supérieur. Linge de maison, internet sans fil, laveuse sécheuse inclus. Veuillez ne pas fumer ou les animaux domestiques sont autorisés.

We arrived after hours but it was easy to get the gate code from the realty office.The house was spacious with plenty of room for the 12 of us. The children enjoyed the ping pong table especially.

Plenty of parking for large vehicles and the elevator made moving luggage easy. WiFi was a little spotty for streaming but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again!

Cute house in a perfect location

My friends and I stayed here during a bachelorette trip and we had the best time! The house is perfectly located near shops, restaurants, and the beach! My only complaint is that we had 2 different maintenance men show up and the property manager did not warn us of them coming to fix things.

Needs some repair work done. The property is beat up in quite a few rooms. One of the twin beds is super squeaky. I believe the gutters are clogged as their was a flush of water into the pool every couple of minutes all day and night long.
