Cosy house with beautiful sceneries on golf and ocean. Nice, clean, perfect for a small family with 3 bedrooms. Had some issues with TV connection, but was solved the next day. The house need a small facelift i.e. some interior paint touch ups, carpet stains in master bedroom to be cleaned. If done, definitely 5 stars.

The view!!!! Most times you may look at photos on vrbo and think to yourself, is this real life?? This indeed is real life at High Tide! The view of the 18th hole and a hop over the dunes to the ocean is majestic. The house was fully stocked with everything you need for a marvelous stay. We even grilled our first night because we couldn’t pull ourselves away from the view. Met the owners who were sweet as pie and Avantstay were so communicative and there if we needed anything. Even suggested the best places to eat. It was a great get away and we have talked about returning for sure. If you want a beautiful house with an amazing view, comfy beds, full kitchen, and all the comforts of home, this is the house for you!!!

Incredible location in a very private, secluded part of IOP. The views of the golf course (its steps from Wild Dunes Links #18) and ocean are spectacular. The only small issues were some basic maintenance needs: the sink faucet was loose and sprayed all over when you used it, the dishwasher was missing pieces, the freezer door wouldn’t shut all the way so froze up from time to time, and the floor very under the sink fell out every time the AC kicked on. These were super minor but the only reason this was a 4 out of 5 stars. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Immaculate and stunning

The property is as advertised, a dream. Kids loved the bunk bed room - and its wrap around patio. The house is really well apportioned and the Avant team was above and beyond. The location and situation are awesome, close enough that a short drive gets you “downtown” but you feel secluded and the beach feels next to private. Really made the vacation a special unforgettable event and lucky we did not exceed baggage weight limits with the amount of seashells my daughter hauled off the beach in the provided sand buckets ;)

Great place for a 5-day stay

I enjoyed the sunrise and sunset across the course and walks on the beach. The kitchen was nice, and the primary with balcony was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of closet space. The back deck was nice, and I spent a lot of time outside. I will return to this place for another week or two when I can escape work.

Our stay was amazing we enjoyed the location as a family. The house was amazing right on the ocean so convenient and beautiful sunrise to sunset! All amenities were available as noted upon booking. We would book a stay again! Outside could use a refresh but overall beautiful place.

Great Property for a quick weekend getaway

My wife and I stayed at High Tide for a weekend getaway for a concert in downtown Charleston. This house is as advertised. Super clean with modern, updated furnishings. The kicker is the view. Great outdoor space on the first floor with sliding glass doors opening to a seating area. The view incorporates beautiful landscaping around the home overlooking the 18th green of the golf course and beyond that, the ocean. The view from the master bedroom above is even better. The pictures in the listing are excellent but even better in real life. Easy check in / check out. Highly recommended and would search out this home next time we are in need of a place around Charleston.

Family Holiday

We have stayed many times at different properties in Wild Dunes over the years and this is one we will 100% be back to. We loved being in the golf course. The view from the master is spectacular. You’re on a nice quiet location on the beach. Top to bottom it was great. Avant- was in touch with me prior, during, and after. Their customer service was exceptional.

Mother’s Day beach stay

We joined as a family with our children and grandbabies to celebrate MD together- great house! Beach wasn’t quite as accessible as we had thought but not a huge problem to get to. The house was clean and well equipped. There are a lot of stairs to access all levels.

Isle of Palm Getaway

We really enjoyed the location and cleanliness of this property. The view and short walk to beach was excellent. The dryer needs the door repaired as it wouldn’t stay closed. Also, needs updated / new toilet seats. Also, a bit more user friendly television system. Kitchen was well stocked w plates, utensils and cook wear. Get getaway!

Beautiful location with golf course and beach view from the upper and lower back porches! Loved the quick and easy pool and beach access and the house was clean and comfortable! Highly recommended for a quiet getaway!
