Very nice location. Condo was clean and upgraded. We concur with others, the porch light was irritating and it would have been nice if the unit included beach chairs/umbrella.

This one is very nice with great furnishings and amenities and well stocked kitchen. But the most notable thing is the view. If you want ocean front, this is it.

We have been staying in Port 'o Call units for 20+ years, this one tops the list for comfort with extra counter space and a walk-in shower. And when the garbage disposal jammed we called maintenance who had someone there within a few hours. Turns out the disposal had rusted inside and needed replacement.

I highly recommend this condo and Island Realty. Do note the condo was very clean but is not the most up to date on furnishings and the bathtub.

We were thrilled to find this beautiful one-bedroom condo for a Memorial weekend get away for two. It was so tastefully decorated and recently updated with a classy beach decor. The upholstered pieces and bed were so comfortable. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The views from this corner unit were fantastic, and we loved the hightop table and chairs on the screened porch. The bathroom had beautiful tile work and the colors throughout this condo were so soothing. We will absolutely be back!

We were impressed with the beachfront views and the comfortable layout of the unit. Unit was supplied with the basics like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent.This unit had the best sea views from 3 windows. That in itself was worth the stay! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sea. Sunrise was amazing.Directions for check out were easy and clear.

We were there for 5 nights and needed to wash towels as we were only given 2 sets of 2. Also, the light from the porch isn't blocked totally making me close the doors to the bedroom and that it got hot and sticky inside. So black out curtains by front door and laundry soap would have made the trip 100% perfect. Thank you!!

The bathroom is especially nice with new, convenient fixtures and sparkling white tiles. New appliances. Tasteful decor. Comfy bed. Oceanfront with great access to ocean sounds and sights. We had an issue with opening the windows so we could appreciate the ocean breeze and sound of waves. Maintenance handled it promptly and courteously. Kitchen fully equipped--who cooks at the beach???? Screened in porch is private with great views. Missing it already!

Reviewer Comments: #F201 has to be the worst unit we have ever rented in Isle of Palms. this unit is in bad shape, from doors that don't close, windows that don't close to A/C unit that sounds like a jet engine running, could not sleep with it on at night. very old furniture, kitchen table chairs disturbed both upstairs and downstairs when you move them, trash was piled at front door while we stayed there, will not recommend this to anyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great vacation and would recommend this location and unit - everything was "as advertised". Great view and easy access to the beach and pool. Check-in and entry was simple through Island Realty. Only suggestion would be a "deep-corner" cleaning in the bathroom along with a little shower and ceiling maintenance. Entry doors could also use a spruce-up. We dined at Sea Biscuit, ACME low country, and Salt Water Cowboy on IOP, plus made a trip into Charleston to explore - all fantastic. Awesome trip!
