This spacious home features rustic charm with modern comforts. The open-plan living area boasts exposed wooden beams, a wood stove and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen/dining room makes cooking a pleasure, while the outdoor garden invites you to enjoy morning coffee with country side sunrise views.

You will have the necessary commodities at about 10 min drive (super market, restaurants, bakery) and at about 10 min from highway (bordeaux-Perigueux-brive la gaillarde)



There are plenty of things to do in the surrounding areas: nature walks, biking, visit castles/wineries, local markets, etc



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a stay deposit validation will be required before your arrival. You will be able to choose between: • a refundable security deposit, • or a no-deposit waiver option, generally representing around 10% of the deposit amount.
