We had a fantastic stay - incredibly friendly and helpful staff, wonderful room and such a beautiful and unusual pool. Located very close to the tram and buses that took us everywhere we wanted to go. Certainly within walking distance of many of these too. We had a wonderful stay - many thanks to the staff.

The best thing about the hotel was the great variety of food available for breakfast. There was also a pool available for free. My only reservation is that it was easy to hear noises from outside the room quite easily.

Friendly staff and amazing service

We were very pleased with the service, staff accommodated our needs when we arrived early, allowing us to check in early and providing us with lunch bags on departure as we had a night flight, missing brekki. Iron came in minutes when I asked, cleaning staff so friendly and polite, always providing 2x big bottles of water. The cushion was personally too big for me so I used the smaller one which worked well. The hotel was in very close proximity to the tram and metro underground which was great to explore Istanbul and all the main attractions. I would definitely recommend.
