I was booked for a week but I only stayed 2 nights and left after being moved through three unacceptable rooms. The first had no bathroom door handle and a TV bracket on the wall … with no TV. The second had visible black mould throughout the room. The third, on the fourth floor, had no shower door making the bathroom wet and slippy. Also a window that opened fully with no safety restraints, we were on the 4th floor. The bed in the room was uncomfortable, the bedsheets didn’t fit they kept popping off. The metal bed frame was very sharp on the corner it cut my partner’s leg open. Despite being told to come to reception at 12 both days for a new safe, clean room no move happened at this point I decided to book a new hotel out of pocket. I requested a refund for the 5 nights unstayed and got denied. This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in pure filth, unsafe and poorly maintained.

I hope the hotel owner/manager give some attention and care to the bed’s condition, washroom maintenance, and smoking policy. The prices are pretty fair for the location, but the room was not actually similar to the photos. I had to change the room because of the noise and condition of the bed snd washroom.

Berbat ötesi. Fotoğraftaki oda degildi. Jakuzi konulan odaya duş koymamak nasil bir mantik. Havlu bile yoktu sonradan istedik. Ufacik yorgan koymuşlar sabaha kadar donduk. Klima tv calismiyordu. Otelin dışı dışında gorsellerle uyan hic bisey yok kesinlikle tercih etmeyin. Sokaktan tek fark ustumuze yagmur yagmadi.

1 defa bile odayı temizlemeye gelmediler. Oda kokuyor ve çok kirli. Çöp atacak yer yok tuvaletteki çöp aylar öncesinden kalmış dolu ve kokuyor. Camlardan çok ses geliyor. Dışarıdaki ses olduğu gibi içeri geliyor. 1 gün daha rezervasyonum olmasına rağmen çıktım başka bit otele gittim.
