The perfect apartment hotel in Istanbul!

Fantastic location - immediately adjacent to a metro stop with great food and drink options nearby. very accommodating staff giving us tips and booking excursions etc- always available. The apartment was big and well furnished- we loved it! Having a place to relax and the ability to accommodate an early bird with a night owl made our stay so relaxing. And to top it off, a view of the Galata Tower off our terrace! Perfect!!

Excellent Stay in the Penthouse Apartment

Excellent stay in the Penthouse Apartment for 5 nights. Comfy beds, excellent showers/bathrooms and great air con. Very good location for getting around and near to some great bars and restaurants. 24 hour manned reception and they loaned us an Istanbulkart to load money onto for getting around on all transport.

El hotel es espectacular. El servicio excelente. El portero que nos recibió fue muy amable. Limpieza perfecto. Ubicación maravillosa. SOLO HUBO UN TEMA NEGATIVO: El portero de la mañana, hoy 2 de marzo, nos pidió un taxi al aeropuerto. El Señor del taxi en la mitad del camino paró y quería que nos cambiáramos de carro a otro carro, diciendo que el papá de él nos iba a llevar. Nos asustamos mucho, porque en los países de donde venimos (Colombia - México) eso es muy peligroso y desaparecen personas con eso métodos, uno entra en pánico. Nos negamos a cambiar de carro y el señor se enojó. Al final del viaje, cuando nos dejó en el aeropuerto otra vez están amable. PERO FUE MUY DESAGRADABLE Y NOS ASUSTAMOS.

コロナ渦のため、４年ぶり２回目の訪問です。前回と変わらず、予約時やリクエストの度に返答があるのはとても安心でした。空港からのチャーターカー（Euroでの現金支払いですが大荷物の時には重宝です）の案内もして頂けます。予約時および滞在時に英語必須ではありますが、それさえクリアすれば非常に快適です。 部屋は毎日清掃が入り、常に清潔です。使用した食器類も自身で洗浄していたにもかかわらず、毎回食洗機をかけて下さるほどでした。 設備に関しては問題ありません。電気（コンセントはタイプCです）、浴室（部屋によってはシャワーのみ）およびトイレの不都合もありません。 客室が広いため、部屋によってはWIFIが届きにくい点は今後改善頂けるとありがたいですが、問題なく使用できます。 立地は地下鉄駅の目の前で、イスティクラル通りからも近く大変便利です。そのため週末の夜間は、深夜まで周囲の飲食店の音が賑やかです。市内中心部で公共交通機関での移動を考えている方はお薦めです。
