Splendid !!

Words are not enough for the amazing things this hotels offers. The excellent room with a view, room service, great spread of breakfast and last and not the least the amazing front desk staff. The staff that we met as soon as we landed, Ferhat is the most courteous and helpful right from the beginning. We did not know the language so he helped us with a map, booked us taxi, provided us information on group trips with pick up and drop options. His entire team was amazing. Check in was easy and also arranging hotel pickup. We had texted the hotel before we arrived and a whats app message on where and how was sent in detail. The room was spacious and clean. Location was spot on, close to the tram station to get to the main tourist spots. Great hotel deserves all the praises and good reviews.

Fabulous,convenient nice breakfast not many perks in hotel but location very nice 5 minutes walk to Metro which can take to all major attractions and bazar. Hotel staff polite and clean hotel with beds comfortable and spacious rooms . Fatima cleaning staff was very friendly and front desk breakfast staff all are very friendly. Thanks for hospitality

avoid staying in this hotel

I arrived at check-in at 1pm but got the room after 3pm. The other problem was that I accidentally spilled a little sauce on one of the towels and when I was about to check out they forced me to pay 500TL. The cashier said that his boss forced him to do it which irritated me a lot. They could have informed me earlier so that I could argue why. It felt like it was a routine thing they do to make some money.
