war echt super, das hotel ist sauber was für mich seh wichtig ist. das personal war aucht hilfsberit als wir ein taxi brauchten und im allgemeinen wirklich sehr freundlich.

Ich fand haare in der dusche. Es wart die ganze nacht kalt und laut, als wäre das Fenster offen gewesen.

Insgesamt war der hotelaufenthalt sehr gut, am meissten haben wir den zimmerservice genossen. Jedoch vermissen wir einen iphone ladekabel der nie aufgetaucht ist, die preise für die spa massagen sind in euro und echt teuer aber die sauna und der duftraum sind gemütlich

Die Lage war perfect nahe am Meer und Takhsimplatz. Aber das Zimmer war alt, nicht sauber vorallem Badezimmer war schrecklich, wir haben am zweiten Tag unser Zimmer gewechselt(was sehr ärgert!!) . Achtung Kein Balkon!!!! Das zweite Zimmer war im 4. Stockwerk und renoviert, hat schöne Aussicht gehabt auch kein Balkon! Die Nachtpersonal und im Restaurant zum grössenteil unfreundlich! Im zimmer fehlte immer etwas, Tücher, Becher, Toilettenpapier....... Es ist kein 4* Hotel!?????
