I loved it here, me and my 2 friends enjoyed it besides the fact we had to wear a swim cap in the pool lol. But other than that, we enjoyed the room service and Turkish bath!

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and luxurious in every sense. I liked it. However, the staff were not very friendly. They don't know how to treat guests or how to talk to them. They were weak in this regard, especially the staff on the first floor.

It's a clean hotel with clean room and toilet facilities. However as a gold member I was expecting a bigger room but was not provided that. Expedia gold room upgradation facilities does not work much!

The hotel was perfect in every way — clean, and the staff were very kind. I just want to kindly suggest one thing: although it wasn’t a problem for me personally, I believe the kitchen staff should wear gloves.
