We had such a great three nights stay at Rixos Tersane, with my family. The staffs were so welcoming and helpful. My room upgraded to full sea-view and additionally with balcony. Breakfast buffet was also great with lots of options and a great view. In extra, I would like to extend our thanks to Mrs Kubra from guest relations for assuring a comfort stay with an extra services by arranging indoor pool for the kids at Aliee Hotel.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Rixos Tersane Istanbul. The surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful, and very well designed. The lobby area was especially artistic, full of beautiful artwork that gave the place a unique and elegant atmosphere. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English fluently, which made everything very comfortable for us.
