We originally booked at the Santa Fe, but apparently our room had been damaged by a previous occupant. The owner met us and moved us to a different hotel he owns very close by which was quite nice. I cannot speak to the quality of the rooms at the Santa Fe since we never saw them, but I did want to put in a good word for the ownership who took great care of us during our four day stay. I would book here again.

We visited Istanbul with our kids and had an excellent stay. The room was cleaned perfectly every day, and the housekeeping staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel’s transfer service was safe, punctual, and very comfortable for our family. But most importantly, we want to give special thanks to Front Desk Manager Yiğit Bey. He was exceptionally professional, friendly, and always ready to help. His assistance truly made our family stay much more comfortable.
