The staffs were very friendly and jovial (Kadir and Fatima). They were ready to help even before you ask. The location of the hotel is great as everything is within a walkable distance. The area is pretty safe and quiet. The room was spacious and inviting. The hot shower was awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this facility. I will book again.

The location was great and staff very friendly. But that’s about it. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The bathroom had barely any lighting and we had to keep the bathroom door open to the main room to be able to see. The room was very very old. Very tiny. The window led to an alley/another building so no natural lighting. And the rooms lighting was this yellow old lighting with few lightbulbs. Seriously thought I was in a dungeon. The rooftop restaurant may be huge for some people, but the room was definitely not worth it for myself

We booked a presidential suite, but they gave us their more expensive king’s suite, which, though slightly smaller, has a balcony with a great view of the Blue Mosque. It was very comfortable. We picked this property because we could walk to the mosques and the Topkapi palace, and that proved quite easy to do. The people were very nice and accommodating. Fatma of customer relations greeted us and remembered us at breakfast. Manager Ozan treated us to a refreshing apple tea while signed in. Here something we had not expected occurred. We had pre-booked tours of Hagia Sophia and Topkapi, but it turns out Ozam was able to offer us private tours for less than or equal to the price of the group tours we pre-booked. Since we had our bookings, we did not take his tours, but when we go back in the future we will. If you have not stayed in a predominantly Muslim country before, you will find the people are wonderful hosts. You will hear the Muezzin calls to prayer from the mosque minarets five times a day, including before dawn, but that is part of the atmosphere, and we didn’t mind. Expect many people to try to sell you handmade carpets in Turkey. Even the hotel retains a carpet shop from before it became a hotel. There is also a spice and sweets shop attached. Overall, we felt this hotel was a very good choice, and will book it again when we go back in the future.

Our stay at Seven Hills Hotel was exceptional. We were offered a room upgrade to their largest room w/ view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque from our windows! Both were in easy walking distance. We could not have had a better location in Old Town. Guest services were above and beyond. Our Concierge Ozzy helped us set up a private tour guide and Kadir, our bellman made us Taxi reservations at a good price. We loved staying here with the 2 person jacuzzi bathtub and the rooftop bar with fantastic views!

Great hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was big and very nice. I wish we could have stayed for the entire trip but it was booked up and we had to move to another hotel. The hotel is very close to the city center.

Seven Hills was in a great location, close to several tourist sports and also close to T1 tram line. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We had an incident in the room when shower door jammed and shattered and the staff responded really well and helped us move to another room. Overall, a lovely stay in a great location

I took advantage of a layover to see the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. I highly recommend Seven Hills Hotel. It's extremely close to both and offers fantastic views of both from their rooftop terrace. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. Ismail, Fatma, and Kadir were all greatly appreciated fduring my stay!

From the moment I booked Seven Hills I knew I had made the right decision. Upon booking, I promptly received an e-mail to thank me for choosing Seven Hills, they stayed in contact with me with different services they offered. With very little notice on my part, Ismail arranged an airport transport to the hotel. We were offered a free upgrade to my room and offered us a lovely breakfast with outstanding views. Fatima, Otan and Sinan made sure our EVERY need was taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you Seven Hills for making us feel like we were home. Istanbul was absolutely amazing too, the culture, the people, the history will always have a piece of my heart. I will be back :).
