This place was horrible and I do not reccomend. While the room was ok, the staff was extremely rude and unproffesional. The front desk person called "Omar" (although we think he was not upfront about his name) was refusing to call us a taxi and insisting on us using their private shuttle, he argued with us insisting he knows better and that we should listen to him. Eventually we went with his private shuttle and wanted to go to the Grand Bazar as we were meeting a friend in a restaurant there. However, the driver ended up taking us in circles because according to him it was closed. We had no idea where he was taking us. Eventually we just asked him to leave us on the side of the road. Even when we returned back to the hotel - Omar kept arguing with us. Would not reccomend this place at all.

This stay was perfect because it is 15 minutes from the airport. The rooms are excellent with a view of the city . There is an excellent restaurant that serves authentic Turkish delivery. Transfer by taxi is so inexpensive too

Staff is excellent friendly and generally great. Room was so-so for cleanliness and the building itself is a masterpiece of poor construction. The whole area is reasonable, good for a night in transit, but poor for tourism. All in all, you get what you pay for, but you don't pay much.

The best family friendly hotel in the area … If you have a concern or issue goto reception desk and they will take care of it right away … they have clean cozy rooms… The guys at the reception desks extremely friendly and they will do their best to make sure you are comfortable during your stay …you won’t regret staying there …

The bedroom was really dusty. Curtains and the headboard etc. When i say dusty, all you need to do is use 1 finger and touch it. I have really bad allergies so this wasnt great. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel by any means. Staff seemed nice but they offered me €25 euro taxi to the airport when it only costs €10 on uber. That would have been €50 on the way there and back. Lift doesnt fully work. Loose bits of skirting in the room that room service didnt fix but just laid back on the wall. You have to keep pressing the button or you'll be inside and the lights will go off. Overall, its a okay budget hotel and very close to the airport. If you have allergies, ask them for a deep clean. Also, the rooms are not soundproof. I could hear the people next door late at night and also the dogs/planes outside.

Horrible service

It states free shuttle and free breakfast. We were forced to pay for the shuttle 25€ as well as 7€ a person for the breakfast. Do not recommend this hotel even for a short stay

Ok but know what you're booking

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was decent. The bathroom wasn't clean but other than that it wasn't bad. There are no restaurants on site despite it saying that there are two, you have to leave the property to go to Domino's or a kabob shop which is what they were naming as their two restaurants. There was a bar set up but there was no alcohol available. But we did have free water for our stay. I felt the area surrounding wasn't the best, my husband thought it was fine. The neighborhood was definitely run down looking
