I had a great experience with this hotel. The staff were very kind and professional, and the service was excellent. I booked a room for my parents, and at first they had a small concern and wanted to change their room. The team handled it very quickly and did their best to make sure my parents were satisfied. They were truly respectful and helpful. I really recommend this hotel, especially for anyone who needs to visit the VFS center.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff. We were woken up early am for a few days due to loud construction noise directly at outside of our room window. We should have been given a better room upon check-in without this annoying noise, and lack of privacy (as we could see construction workers directly at our window almost each morning).

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to Mahmood and the entire staff. Unfortunately, my husband broke his foot during our trip and we needed to rent a wheelchair. We had originally booked two nights and tried to return home early, but when that wasn’t possible, Mahmood managed to extend our stay for two additional nights even though the hotel was fully booked. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They guided us on accessible places to visit given our situation, allowed us to stay in the room past checkout, and arranged a taxi to the airport. Their kindness and support made a huge difference. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff, excellent facilities, and great location.

Overall, it was a good experience. The staff is professional. There are two things worth mentioning. The rooms are not soundproof at all, and you can clearly hear the people next to you talking. Some people above us kept making a lot of noise until 3 AM every night, which was really disturbing. The housekeeping is not really doing anything but taking out your garbage.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The staff especially Isa, were really helpful and welcoming throughout the duration of our visit. They went out of their way to provide excellent service for example booking us cheaper taxis, recommending sites to visit and providing advice on which mode of transport was best to take. The rooms were clean and modern. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from Taksim square and a convenient location to get to both areas on the Asian and European side of Turkey. The area around the property seemed unsafe at first but we got used to it and we didn’t have any problems, even travelling at night. The hotel is at the bottom of a steep hill so be prepared to walk the incline. The WiFi could be improved, it was quite slow at times. The walls were also thin so we could hear loud conversations from the room next door but the staff were helpful when we complained and tried to ask the other guests to quieten down.

We loved staying in the Meridiani Taksim Hotel! The room was spacious and super clean. The breakfast was nice and there is even a little roof top were you can sit and sip a tea :) We had some trouble with the Wi-Fi but the staff immediately talked to a technician to solve the problem. Everyone working in the hotel is so friendly and makes sure you have the best experience. We would definitely come back! Thanks to the Hotel Team!! :)

The staff were lovely and especially Mahmood and Anas, they were extremely helpful. I was also given a room that had few issues and after raising it with the staff they gave me a new room which was great. I looked it up and it said 4 stars on Google, unfortunately it was certainly not 4 stars. Maybe 3 stars, however the staff and service were 5 stars.
